I have been investigating mysterious criminal corruption across large areas for about two decades. There are multiple places that have drawn my interest. The City of Surprise is one of them. In the course of my investigation, there have been several relevant series of events in this city. The most recent series of events began almost a year ago when I encountered police in a situation that felt eerily familiar to me. I became suspicious that folks in the city government would try to use the encounter to falsely arrest me. I followed up the police encounter by approaching the city government with a bit of my normal investigative methodology. My suspicion was confirmed when I was arrested a few months later. Since then, further strange events have occured. I've discovered that the City of Surprise government has individuals that intentionally hide criminal behavior from the public. Several months back I added this page you are viewing. It is a page on this website that I built and maintain myself. I added this page so that it may serve as an active bulletin.

Please keep an open mind and heart while viewing this information. A lot of the events I try to explain revolve around people attempting to make the things look legitimate so they can hide the bad things they are doing. Over the years I've repeatedly been threatened, abducted, and injured. This has scared many people close to me. Sometimes there have even been implicit threats against young members of my family. I've been trying to do many things with my life. There are some things I do that are more obvious and easy to notice. Some things are less obvious. One of the less obvious things I have been trying to do is tracking unfair and dangerous things that I think are important to many people.
This is why I'm currently spending a lot more time in Surprise than I usually do. I've tracked something very unfair that is happening here and affects a lot of important life topics. I've found common ground here regarding topics of helping family, friends, citizens, and even government.
It's been quite a long time since I put a new spoken introduction on my site. These introductions influence people's first impression of me. It makes me a little nervous to try something new because of how often people make decisions that affect my life based mostly on first impressions and information from outside sources.
Part of the reason I've generally plopped myself down in public is to make it easy to be noticed. I want to be noticed because being judged by many people openly is preferable to what I have often been through. I've too frequently been harshly judged by a small number of people behind closed doors.
What I'm tracking here in Surprise involves people who are in the city governemnt. I'm aleady working on this situation and I think it can be resolved with help from the people of Surprise. This would improve immediate concerns about protecting myself, family, friends, and the other people of Surprise as well as long term concerns about the the lives of our younger (and future) generations.

Perhaps you or someone you know is also having trouble involing officials in Surprise or perhaps in Maricopa County. Maybe we can share our experiences, compare notes, pool resources, or maybe I can help in some other way.
Please do be aware that I am quite suspicious of things going on around me as I've been tracking patterns of abuse for years across long distances. I've been very alone for long periods of time even as people have been all around me. I've never been able to gain satisfying human connection during this time.
People seem to almost always be hiding their full motivations about why they are interested in me. This makes trust and communcation very difficult. My answers to questions you may ask and my conversations with you may reflect these circumstances of mine and my suspicions. However, I don't want this to be awkward for people who are willing to try and do good things.
Please realize that I'm not generally just blaming people, although because of the words I choose it may seem like it sometimes. I am actually quite focused on, and hoping to, protect myself and others. I hope we can find some greater cooperation that will be good for all of us.

This is a document from an ongoing case. A case that could have been very simple hasn't been. Among other misdeeds, this court seems to have a tendency to fabricate (or ignore) facts that enable improper arrests. I've been trying to zero in on things government personell may most be attempting to avoid. I think finding those things can help reveal when people are trying to escape personal responsibility and public accountability.
Motion to Clarify Record - Case CM202500133Over the course of a couple decades this mystery has periods where it seems to cool down... then heat up again. This website already has publicly displayed other info (for many years) about criminal behaviors that became surprisingly serious around 2007. Some officials in Yavapai County, AZ used loosely fabricated grounds to abduct me. These grounds were provided by the odious assistance of officials living within Maricopa County, AZ. There is more info to come about this current case... this decades long mystery... and any possible clues & connections I notice. I follow up wherever mysterious behavior seems important.
