Description of Use

This entry allows instruction to the Challenge Maze Software about how long (in milliseconds) it should attempt to access a file if it has found that file but the file cannot be used because the file is busy being used by another computer process.   If this amount of time passes and the Challenge Maze Software has not been able to use the file the Challenge Maze Software will stop trying to access the file and will show the player an error message.
